Join us for a collaborative dinner party featuring prominent Bay Area Latin American chefs as we celebrate everything that is local and delicious. Chef Mark will partner with Emmanuel Galvan of Bolita Masa, Victoriano Lopez of La Mar, and Paul Iglesias of Parche to create a stunning multi-course meal representing flavors of Mexico, Peru, and Colombia. Wines from Orixe Sotelo, from Gustavo & Jackie Sotelo will be paired throughout the dinner. This evening celebrates the vibrant local Latin American culinary scene, showcasing how immigration and innovation have shaped our region's food culture. This multi-course meal will be a mix of family-style and plated dishes.
